Brad Peyton FeBox has been utilizing the VirtualPBX system for 2 years now, and we have been nothing but extremely pleased with their service. We are happy to say that we have never had to contact their support, simply because their service has been beyond stellar. Being in the 24/7 web hosting industry, their amazing uptime leaves us with one less thing to worry about. It ensures that our clients are able to reach us at all hours of the day. Things such as a professional custom recording, a wide range of quality hold music, and a control panel second to none, shows that there is no other company that we would go with. Even after 2 years, the amount of money VirtualPBX has saved us by utilizing their equipment doesn't add up to what we would have had to spend to have an equal PBX system. Over the years we have seen and used a number of technologies, most of which have promised cost savings. Many of those have actually cost us additional expense. Several years ago we closed our corporate office and went virtual, with all employees working out of there homes. We tried several phone solutions, including VOIP, all of which had problems that we could not over come and most had significant up front expense. We were introduced to Virtual PBX by a business associate and after several months of investigation we made the decision to convert our entire telephonic needs to Virtual PBX. It is amazing how easy it was and how smooth the transition went. We have been extremely please with the flexibility and the ease of use. We test the flexibility daily with several employees moving back and forth between multiple homes as well as cell phones use, and we never lose a call. We have not had one issue from our customer base. That in itself would be enough to justify the system, but we have also seen a significant cost savings (30%+) which will only increase when the last of our phone equipment (currently not being used) lease terminates in another 12 months. Besides saving money upfront we travel extensively and since we don't have the budget to have a full time secretary on call we need to forward the calls to everywhere around the world. This is where the Virtual PBX system has it covered. It gives us the look of a big company but at the same time deliver the calls anywhere in the world, plus we can check and monitor everything online and change numbers when we jump from country to country or just check voicemails. I have been involved in a half dozen startup companies over the last 20 years and the one item that is huge hassle to deal with for a startup company is a phone system. Cash is always at a premium and you hate to have to buy a system that you don't even know if it will be the right one as the business grows. When we started Arrive Air, I was talking to a friend who almost had me convinced to go with some configuration for an internet phone service. The more I looked at it, the more I became concerned with the potential issues such as maintenance of the system, power outages, etc. That's when I discovered Virtual PBX. It had all the features we wanted and more! It has proven to be the ideal solution for our startup company and I have recommended it to many of my friends who have small businesses or are thinking about starting a business. Some of the things we really like about it are the features that can make a small company appear to be a large company-professional music on hold, call forwarding to numbers sequenced, group call management, same number for FAXes which are converted into PDF's for easy forwarding via email, etc. Thanks for a great system, priced to be a great value! Kepila Telesis Solutions is a call center that has used Virtual PBX as our administrative system for almost two years. We have offices in 3 cities — Atlanta, Georgia, Jacksonville, Florida and Tampa, Florida. Although our main call center operation is located in Tampa, systems administration and one of our sales offices are located in Jacksonville, and we have a sales office in Atlanta. Virtual PBX has allowed us to make the fact that everyone is located in a different city transparent to our customers. Clients always dial the same number to reach us and only have to dial an extension to reach the individual they want. We can also do things that companies normally do with an office telephone system — transfer calls, transfer to voice mail, ad hoc teleconferencing, etc. Most importantly, it has saved us tons of money. We didn't have to invest a lot of money in equipment we wouldn't necessarily need, and we still had all of the functionality of a large PBX. We can add and remove extensions as the administrative needs of the business change. It makes us look bigger than we actually are. Had I not completed and signed up for the Virtual PBX Parachute program we would have been out of business for 10 days.
